Technical boxing, footwork, defensive drills, conditioning, and partner work.

GPC Military-Inspired Tactical Combat Conditioning™ is a high-performance training system that combines military-inspired conditioning with real combat sports training.

Muay Thai is the primary martial art and striking foundation of the entire program.

This program is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or conducted on behalf of any military organization, including the U.S. Armed Forces.

Professional • Structured • Safe Training Environment

At our gym, we offer professional and age-appropriate boxing training designed specifically for children ages 7 to 12 years old.

 

Our program focuses on:

 

✔ Fundamental boxing techniques

✔ Coordination and motor skill development

✔ Discipline and respect

✔ Confidence building

✔ Physical conditioning in a fun and safe environment

 

All classes are supervised with controlled drills, pad work, basic footwork, and non-contact technical training appropriate for youth development.
